I have a 2001 dodge dakota where is the fusible link don't have headlights power door interor lights and a bunch of other things would this be a fusible link problem and if so where is it

 

Might be better to ask in the 2nd Gen Dakota forum, where you'll find people knowledgeable on a 2001 Dakota.

And to answer the second part, might be, might not be. I'd have to chase through the interior wiring, ideally out of the Factory Service Manual (Bishko printed them for Chrysler, and prints reproductions still; for a PDF copy, RockAuto is the cheapest source new that I've found.)
