Default 02 Dakota headlight issue

So I got a 2002 dakota with about 127,000, miles on it thats been having an odd headlight issue lately with only the drivers side headlight if your turn the lights on the driver side will flicker almost like a strobe light but not as fast the passenger side does not do that only the drivers side and if the truck isn't running and the lights are OFF the drivers one very faintly will blink when everything is off I've unplugged the light for now so it doesn't flash people but i have no idea what this could be anyone have similar issue? Thanks

It's very likely a problem with the CTM. Each headlight has it's own driver circuit which provides 12v to the bulb.

Just to be sure, check the ground for the headlight, G113 is the drivers side, behind the battery along the inside fender.
