2002 Dakota ran fine until it sat a couple months. It has spark and will start with starting fluid. Just threw money at the problem and put in a fuel pump. Still nothing. Swapped relays around and nothing. No fuel pump buzz. I read that the #115 splice problems on Gen 1 can be an issue. Is it common or possible to have the splice problem on an 02?
