2000 Dakota 4x4 3.9. So my ABS light came on and my AIRBAG light. All of a sudden my heater blower doesn't work. The mechanism that changes the airflow is moving but the fan won't work. Then the two lights go out a couple minutes later and then the blower works again! WTH?????

Different grounds. A/C controls are vacuum operated not electrical.

More likely it's the power. All of them are on the same circuit controlled by the ignition switch. Do the power locks work?

Start with fuse 9 in the PDC under the hood. It's the "main" feed.

OK, so we can't use that to check the circuit. Check fuse 9 then. If good, check for power at the ignition switch. Pin 4, the pink with black tracer wire should be hot - always. Pin 5, the black with orange tracer wire should be switched.
