Default What is this intake hose?
While working on my tps I found this hose cracked and falling off, fixed it, but curious what it is and what it does? It’s the hose with the obvious splice and brass fitting.

Where does the other end of the hose go? If it goes to the valve cover, it's likely part of the PCV system.

Doesn’t go to the valve cover, it goes over to and then under the battery. I haven’t had the time to realty trace it out and kind of lost interest to be honest! Thanks for the reply.
