Motor and pcm

I'm wanting to swap my 3.9 to a 5.2 I was wondering if I pull the motor and pcm and wiring harness out of a ram 1500 could I use it in my Dakota??

yes and no. Not all functions are the same across the ram and dakota harnesses, and the ram harness will be entirely too long and have wires hanging out everywhere.
