No start fuel woes

Default No start fuel woes

I have a 1998 4wd 5.2 dakoDa 5 speed man.
ive already replaced fuel pump and pressure regulator also CPS it smells as if it flooding wont start with fuel pump relay in I can pull the fuel pump relay and it starts and will run when we put the relay back in but when I accelerate it hesitates pops and jumps. I'm a bout to go bald over this issue. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!

Plug in with a scanner that can read live data, and see what the PCM thinks engine temp is.

Can I buy one those scanners and approximately how much what will the temp tell me I have a bad ecm?

Can probably borrow/rent one from your local parts store. Bascially, with the engine stone cold, PCM should see engine temp very similar to ambient. If it's 50 degrees outside, but, the PCM thinks it's -40..... well, that's a problem.
