Default 98 dakota

I have a 98 Dakota 4x4 auto with the 318..a couple days ago it shutdown on me..after letting it sit over night it fired up with no trouble and ran all day then shutdown while going down the road..I was getting a clicking sound from the auto shutdown relay so I removed all the grounds cleaned them and Hooke them back up..I also replaced that relay..upon hooking up a scanner and turning on the ignition the clicking returned and the scanner began flashing and would not read..then suddenly no clicking but the scanner could not connect..I replaced the PCM and it didn't fix the issue but no clicking and now I have developed a buzz noise on the back of the engine somewhere but cannot pinpoint it .any help would be appreciated

Put a battery booster on it, and see if that doesn't improve it's attitude.
