Default Transmission woes

I am having issues with my 42re trans. I have replaced every sensor on the transmission, replaced filter and fluid. I have even changed the torque converter. The transmission will go into gear fine after first start up after it warms up it will fall out of gear and will not go back into any gear at all. I have noticed that if I turn off the ignition switch and crank the truck back up it will go into gear briefly. I am not sure what else to do at this point. I'm not even sure if the problem is electrical or a pressure issue. The transmission shifts fine when it works. I don't believe it is a rebuild issue. Am I wrong. Ant help would be appreciated.

Any trans codes? What does the PCM think the trans is doing when it stops working? (need a scanner....)

PCM controls the TCC by grounding the circuit. Solenoid is powered via the trans control relay in the PDC. Should see power at the trans for about three seconds at initial key on, or, while the engine is running.
