My 97 dodge dakota 3.9 6 cylinder have put new tps on it new fuel pump a new shut off switch a new iac switch but when I start the truck it idles almost like its trying to get air or fuel I can push the gas pedal to the floor and no change it idles rough till it dies does that a few times then starts and runs fine and uses a lot of gas any help would be appreciated thanks.

 

What is the fuel pressure at the rail test port (I think 97 has one?). Should be 49 PSI.

How old are the spark plugs, wires, cap, rotor, and coil?

Are the plugs fuel fouled?

How old is the MAP sensor?
