Air only blows like it should on defrost

I’m just tryin to use my a/c in my 01 3.9 dakota but when it barley blows out of any vent other than the defrost. I have already checked thoroughly for a vacuum leak and seen nothing

2001 will be electronic, not vacuum actuated. Mode door has likely failed
