Default 2004 cv axle
04 Dakota quad cab 4x4 3.7 V6 5pd manual
Left CV axle shaft is bad and I've no idea what part number I need to replace it

Mopar number is RL072214AA. Of course, it also shows as discontinued..... Same shaft for either side, regardless of engine/trans combo. Rock Auto has listings for aftermarket fellers. CV Halfshafts......
