Question help with shocks

Hello again. Im hoping someone might know from experience I want to put aftermarket air shocks on my 2000 Dakota. The adjustable ones you can add air to if you have a heavy load. looking for the Monroe number for these that will match up. thanks if anyone knows it will save me some time.

Air shocks...... On hot rods, they served a purpose, sort of.... on trucks..... Not so much. Your shock mounts are NOT designed to support weight. Get some helper springs, or air bags, or something.

x2 on helper springs or air bags. The coil-assist load shocks can be used in a pinch, but having just gone through the rear suspension on my truck...I wouldn't advise a whole lot of 'weight assist' on the shock mounts themselves. They peeled off the axle wayyy too easily.
