Default Sway bar bushing changing on lifted 4x4 Dakota

My dodge Dakota has 3inch torsion keys and 3inch rear blocks I’m wondering if I need to change my sway bar bushings would I have to take my keys off to let pressure off or is it fine to leave it and change them anybody know ???

Sway bar doesn't support any weight, so, don't need to worry about any of the rest of it. Should be able to just swap out the bushings.
