Default 2001 3.9 l | Loss of power | Bog down at slow acceleration | Backfires

This truck has had alot of issues and strange things done to it. I didn't notice when i bought it but the ECU plug that goes into the fuse box is has 7 cut wires. It was driving with the distributor firing in the wrong order. My truck was giving the error codes P0031, P0051, P0505. 0031 and 0051 are for O2 sensors that i have just replaced hoping that my issues would leave but i now realized that my ECU is definitely messed up.

When my engine warms up to operating temps a bog down issues and loss of power occurs, only when accelerating at a slow pace, at Full Open Throttle it performs fine which led me to believe it was O2 Sensors. Any tips or ideas?

Which 7 wires are cut? Most of them should have a main color, with a stripe of another color.

Start there and figure out which circuits are isolated

Put a vacuum gauge on it and watch what happens during WOT and a gradual acceleration.

The cats are probably shot.
