is this at all possible? i ve search tirelessly around my local junkyards, and cant find any PCMs that are the same year or engine. ive found one 99 Durango with a 5.9, and was told it would not work. i was willing to buy to it but there is no refund if purchased. ANY INFO would be great thank you!!!

 

Nope, 99 won't work. You need one from 00 or newer, with the same engine and trans.

 

and with the 5.9 phased out at the end of production of G2, your only real option will be an 00, 01, or 02 with the 5.9.

 

When I did my 5 speed swap on my '02, I ordered a pcm from importapart on ebay. They programmed it with vin and mileage and the pcm has worked flawlessly for me..
