Default Well, Rose Reds up to it again,

I'm not sure what's going on now. The ac is acting funny. The other day, I went out to have lunch with the girls. When I got in my truck afterward, the ac wouldn't kick on- or so I thought.
I didn't feel like dealing with it at the moment so I rolled down the windows and pulled out of the parking lot. As I drove down the interstate, I could feel cold air coming out of the vents. The ac was on, but the fan just wasn't pushing it through. Halfway home, the fan kicked on and I had AC for the stop and go part of my drive.
Yesterday, I went to wal-mart and on the way home, I had no ac and no fan.

It sounds like your blower motor resistor is on it's way out. It could be your switch or motor but those are less likely.

What you say fan, do you mean the cabin fan that moves air through the ducts, or the engine fan, which cools the refridgerant to provide AC?

With recirculate turned off, you should at least get cowl air moving through the vents.
