Default Help! Can't figure this truck out...

My 1997 Dakota 3.9 Magnum keeps running rough. Hits 2000 RPM and sputters back to about 1700 rpm then will rev back to 2000 rpm but idles no problem. Does that while holding pedal at 2100-2000 rpm. I have a vid but dont know how to make it a mpeg, it's a MP4.

Check engine lite on? Any codes? Done anything to the truck recently that may have brought it on? Done anything trying to fix it?

New TPS, AND IAC, but was shutting down when I replaced those. Ran fine and CEL was off, then 2 months later acting up and CEL on again. Only code it shows is 12. O2 sensors maybe??

Probably not. You can disconnect them, and drive it for a while, and see what happens.....

What brand IAC? I have found the aftermarket fellers don't work as well as I would like.
