Hello all, I have a 99 Dakota 5.2 4X4 early 98 build date I need to change the fuel filler neck on. I have taken the truck to a few places and nobody has ever seen the way this hose attaches to the tank. It is not a standard worm clamp as we would all know it and actually looks like a rubber collar of some kind. Does anybody have a clue how to release this hose? Thanks in advance for the help

 

It's a very uncommon connection. Only a few select years have it to my knowledge.

 

just pull up on coller or push in (cant remember) its just like a fitting for air compressor
