Yeah I would do the shackle bushings too. And all of them on the leaf springs themselves too. A Little bit of time and work, especially if the sleeves are seized to the bolts but not much money for the parts at all, and big difference in how the truck rides and handles

Being that your control arm bushings are so dry rotted and cracked up it's only a matter of time before the bits of bushing start crumbling apart.
