Default No dome lights

So for whatever reason I now no longer have any overhead lighting. My headlamps work correctly, if I use the cargo dial, I get the door open chime/lights on but still no overheads, (Either console or dome). I swapped the 15amp fuse in the panel but no change. what could be causing a problem with them? They dont even work when I push the OH console lenses. I havent broken out the power probe yet, but any insight on where to start is always appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

All 3 bulbs go out at the same time? I have both OH console lights and the rear light at the back of my Sport cab out.

Fuse #1 15 amp in the side-dash junction block, received constant power from battery.

Grounded by the CTM.

And ctm is what I am hoping it's not. All of the other functions the ctm seems to control appear fine. I'm guessing if I apply ground to those pins, and stuff works I need to find a replacement

Judging from diagrams there are only 3 return points on the ctm all on the same connector c2

Well cargo lights work facing the bed. Not getting any input on 1 and 16 at the connector 2 ctm though. fuse 1 is good as I get voltage on both sides. Guess next step is to see if it's getting to the fixtures

Keep in mind that C2P1 and C2P16 are both ground signals. In theory, one should always be grounded to allow the lights to come on when you tap them. The other should be grounded only when the CTM wants the lights on (door open for less than 5 minutes or scroll wheel all the way up)

I was getting absolutely nothing when I unplugged the harness from the ctm on either dome or console pins. If I probe the cargo light pin I get 12v.
