Thanks guys.
Another question:
Thinking about changing out tail/break and backup lights.
Any potential problems with changing these over to LEDs?

Somewhere I've read that break/tail LEDs may tend to put some cops off because they don't think the break lights are bright enough.
I assume the flasher change-out will take care of turn/break light operation and will not affect the break lights.

I have changed all my headlights, backup lights, brake lights, turn signals, and running lights to LEDs.
After making rust repairs and having to wait for an extra couple of Amazon orders for more parts, and getting the LED flasher installed, everything seems to be working.
Amazed at how bright all the lights are in comparison to the old halogens.

I still have concerns about headlight aiming and high/low beam function.
Very little difference between highs and lows with the highs not as bright as I expected.
I'll be looking into those soon.

I drive very rarely at night anymore, especially on these narrow island roads.
What's important is that I can now pass my safety inspection and get the car licensed without having to buy a new one.
