My fiancee and I, are experiencing rough idle and chocking out when we first start up our truck. Any ideas as to what it could possibly be. I seem to think it's that carburetor. But, I am a female and tend to be wrong at times... lol

 

Your truck does not have a carburetor. When was the last tune up? How many miles on it? Had it scanned for codes? Probably could use a throttle body cleaning and run some fuel injector cleaner in it for starters.

 

Try new spark plugs.
