2003, 4.7 v8, Started having overheating issues and changed thermostat, water pump, and censor. engine heats up but hot water does not flow past the thermostat. water does not appear to be flowing through the radiator. Any tips on what to do next

If I remember correctly from replacing mine, the thermostat can be installed backwards on the these engines. I believe the "spring side" goes towards the engine. If you have it the wrong way it obviously won't work right.
Also, from your wording it appears you were overheating before changing these parts??? After replacing them it still overheats??
If that's the case my next guess would be a plugged radiator. Especially if your coolant looked icky. Also check your fan clutch while you're at it. However I wouldn't hold the clutch responsible for the ultimate reason to overheating.
I had to replace my plugged radiator a couple years ago and you wouldn't believe it was plugged by looking at it or the coolant. But after cutting it in half you could see it was clearly plugged with junk.
Hopefully you've already fixed it 5 days ago! If not, good luck!
