Default Control arm bushings

What's the best technique to use ,once the upper control arm assembly is off,to get that pivot bar an bushings out of the control arm ,aside from burning or a press.? I do have a basic bushing press tool but with the pivot bar there I cant get to both sides of it..
02 rwd,3.9.
Maybe a gear puller tool,I'm sure theres several methods/different tools ,just looking for quickest technique[aside from burn/press)
Thanks.

Got em off!
I used the 3 tooth jaw puller ..Was tricky but worked ! A GM torsion bar tool helped too, being like a big clamp with a open end.an a end tool to hook with.Still have 1 sleeve to get off.

Will I have to use it again to press the new ones in though they fit snug..?
thanks

UPDATE : Got em on with the same GM portion tool👍
