Default low idling and stalling issue, Need Help! 2002 Dakota 4.7Liter RWD Sport

Been having a issue where after driving for a bit i am experiencing low idle and occasional stalling at red lights/complete stops. It dips below 500 rpm and sometimes engine will shut off. There is no check engine lights, I have taken it to 3 different master mechanics; diagnostics ran. Nothing they can find, no red flags.Cleaned the throttle body and its not the IAC valve. Vehicle only has 93k miles. Besides just wasting money on replacing a ton of parts,Thinking maybe the torque converter might be the issue? ..... Or Could a bad muffler cause this issue, its pretty shot? I had the catalytic converter replaced just a few years ago.

If it was the torque converter, it would feel like you were trying to stop a manual trans car, without stepping on the clutch. Just for giggles, try disconnecting the front O2 sensors, and drive it for a day or three. See if the symptoms disappear. (it WILL set codes, but, won't hurt anything.)

Thanks for the reply, trying to post a video of what it is doing; prior to removing the Precat 02 sensor

Upload the video to someplace like youtube, then link to it here. Works much better.
