Seat foam replacements?

Seat foam replacements?
Poking around on my 98, I found that somebody had replaced the seat foam in the driver side with a couple pillows up underneath the wires of the seat. Does anybody know if there are any replacement seat foam out there for our trucks? If not is there any possibility the passenger side can be used as a replacement for the driver side? thinking I can get a passenger side seat in fairly good condition from the junkyard.

If you go to a sewing supply place, like Jo-Anne Fabrics, you can get high density foam in different thicknesses and sizes. I also get different fabrics for my seats so I can do custom upholstery. I'm not professional by any means, but you would be surprised at what you can do.

So I read on another forum that the passenger cushion will swap over with no problem. Then I searched for a video and here it is. It's a Ram, but shouldn't be too much different. Guy didn't even take the seat out. He used an ebay cushion, which I don't know if I'd trust to last. Would rather use the passenger cushion.
I plan on doing mine in the near future, but I'll be taking the seat out cause it has a little movement every time I stop. I've fixed that issue before...it's a plastic washer on the seat worm gear that wears out, but I'm going to use a metal one this time.

I found several Dakotas at one of the pull a part places, got a decent cushion, just need to swap the cover. I see it's glued on, but if I'm careful it looks like I can remove and swap the seat covers. I'm also going to build up the part on the edge that goes flat from getting in and out of the truck with some new foam.

Seat Cushions
I have found cushions at Amazon, ebay and many more sites. I have found seat bottoms with OEM covers in the 2 colors of gray (light and dark)
I have a Tan interior. Does anyone know of replacement (like OEM) seat covers. All I can find one place on Amazon for $350.00 for just the drivers bottom.
