Bed removal/swap 1999 to 2000

Has anyone swapped truck beds lately? I did the doors and they were easy.

Did some searches, Found some written instructions, but no video.

Thank you for any pointers...

Nothing changed at all on the beds to my knowledge. Only from the transmission crossmember and forward was changed.
