Default Fastman TB installed today

So far I love it. I put new sensors and cleaned my drop in k&n and the truck runs great. There is a significant difference from my stock tb. I need to run it a few more miles to burn it in. Being that I tend to do 90% of my driving with the o/d off, I really feel it when I let off the pedal when I am at 45 + mph. I think it's just do to the shifting as the plate closes. I doesn't do that w/ overdrive on. Nice acceleration and smooth performance. Plus I run 93 octane. I wll try lower octane now that I have all new stuff in the intake once this half tank goes, and that won't take long now with the new tb. Dan "the fastman" recommended a change in plugs to a lower temp kind by autolite (i think), new plug wires (mine are pretty new, but oem), and maybe a lower thermostat to take care of the slight knock w/lower octane.

Right now, it accelerates fast and quiet. 0-60 in .4 seconds. jk.

at least that's what it feels like....take that viper owners.

later

Hey, how bout a little more detail, like what motor you have and what size in mm is the new TB? Is it bigger than stock? It's not just a TB spacer is it?
