Died on highway, wont crank
You can charge the battery in place with a battery charger. https://www.lowes.com/pd/Schumacher-...E&gclsrc=aw.ds

I have always kept up to date on fluids, but I'll check them anyways. I'll send you an update after I've made sure the engine isn't actually seized.
Maybe it is the battery... I wonder if a half dead battery can cause a miss fire... I'm just going to hook my sonata up to it and see if it'll fire up with a running vehicle attached to it. Assuming the engine didn't seize.

Low voltage can cause all sorts of interesting issues on these trucks. Unfortunately, they are HIGHLY sensitive to things of that nature.
If your battery froze, it is likely toast. Wouldn't hurt to put it on a charger for a couple hours, and see if it will do anything.

Front crank bolt should be a 1-3/16 I think? Not sure off hand. Take the belt off and it should turn over even with a basic 1/2" ratchet at that age. I could turn my 3.9 just by grabbing the crank pulley.
I would think even if the engine was seized, you'd hear the starter bendix clunk into the ring gear.
Throw a battery at it, see if it will spin over much less fire.
4.7 is COP, so my next thought would be a root electrical failure, or a mechanical failure - possibly knocked the rocker arms off. Take the valve covers off and see if any are laying down.

I managed to get it to push a code out. P0700.... not sure what in the transmission could cause a no crank issue??? I don't have a socket big enough to turn the engine over by hand, pretty sure I wouldn't be able to anyways.
