Figured I would introduce myself. Living in the Raleigh area of NC I picked up my first Dakota. It is a true beater, which is what I want. 03 qc 4x4 with the 4.7. Has about 250k on the ticker and was a fleet truck for most of its life. I am currently redoing the entire front and rear suspension then i need to move onto the water pump, which I have never done before. All and all it seems to run good. I did discover rusted torsion bars in the LCA are a pain, however after beating it with a BFH I discovered if you just put the Tbar tool in there, it pushes it right out! Anyway this is my new toy.
