Hello, new with this and any help is appreciated. I have an 03 dakota 3.9 and the horn randomly chirps, locks accentuate and lights flicker. When it's doing this I can hear what sounds like a clicking noise coming the whitish/clear box with a bolt in it near the brake pedal. I've searched and searched but can't find what that is. Any ideas? The interesting part is if i hold the lock switch in the up or down position it stops, but as soon as I release it, I can hear that clicking from that box and locks engaging and th freak out resumes. Is it called a combination switch?
