Talking Time for new wheels

Hello all, I'm getting my dakota repainted, and I figured what better way to top it off than with a new set of wheels!! I know what I want, I just want some clarification on tire size to make sure it won't rub all the paint off, just some I have posted a picture of my truck, but right now I have some 16x8's with -6 mm offset, or 4.25 in of backspacing. The tires I have on there are 245/75r16's and they rub a slight slight bit on both sides at full lock. I'm really wanting some 20x10's with -18 mm or -24mm, or 4.5-4.75 in of backspacing. My question is would that quarter of an inch in backspacing and offset be a massive difference in how far it sticks out the side and how much it rubs?? The other question is what tire should I run??? I was thinking a 275/45r20 just based on tire size calculators and all, but I'm not sure. Any help is appreciated! Thanks for all the help and God Bless!

You're rubbing at lock with a tire that is 30.5" x 9.6" I'm doubtful the .8" reduction in diameter will create the room needed for the 1.2" increase in width
