Angry New 4.7 in 2000 Dakota with no compression

I have just installed a rebuilt 4.7 from a motor shop in California. It has had issues from the shipping, to a broken motor mount bolt in the block. I then discovered that the #3 and #4 spark plug holes in the head had bad threads.
Now that the engine is together I followed the start up procedure. I pumped up the oil, installed the plugs, purged the fuel rail, and nothing! The truck won't start. I checked the compression on #1 and #4 cylinders and I have no
compression. Does this mean that they have the timing 180 off? I'm not looking forward to taking this thing apart again so any ideas would be appreciated.

Did you get the the whole motor, or just a shortblock from them?

Then it should come with a warranty. But, if you tore it down before talking to them about, your warranty just went out the window.
