Default Battery drain from fuse #1

My truck is a 2004 Dakota Crew Cab. I've got a key-off battery drain of about 1.4A that I have isolated to fuse #1. It is only labeled as "interior lights", so I checked the lights and door switches which were all good. I've noticed that my PRND gear indicator LCD is always on, I can't remember if it was always like that or if that may be the source of the drain. When I pull fuse #1 the gear indicator stays off until I put in the key.

Can anyone confirm whether or not your gear indicator stays on all the time? Also, does anyone know what else is on fuse #1 besides the interior lights?

Thanks

gear indicator, odo, and cluster should be off with key off/out IIRC. Fiddle with the key and see if rolling it backwards turns cluster off.

Per my 2001 FSM, Fuse 1 drives:
Overhead console
Dome Lamp
Cargo Lamp
Center Console Lamp
SKIM Key Module
Driver Door module
Glove Box Lamp
Radio
