I'm getting spark and fuel and I switched relays,still have a no bus and nothing working not wiper blades nothing

 

I thought or think I should add a little more info to my situation, before the no bus crank no start issue when the truck was running and starting it would never get to operate ING temp,it would stay at 1/4 or the first line on guage,Guage, that have anything to do with my current crank no start problem?
