Fuel pump issues
Truck won't start unsure if it's a bad relay or the pump,how do I find out which, please can anybody help.

Swap the relay with another, such as AC compressor relay. Rent a fuel pressure tester kit from the parts store, which is free when you return it.

Define wont start please. Does the truck crank? Or does it do nothing at all. If nothing I'd be checking battery and starter as well.

Yes it cranks and power is going to relay but pump is not coming on and my guages don't work

Do the gauges show anything with the key on? Volt gauge should show battery voltage at least.

No but the dummy lights come on and a no bus in od window

You have a failed sensor somewhere. Check and see if you are getting spark.
