Default Erratic RPMs and skipping on acceleration

Hello all!

I have a 97 Dakota V8 5.2l 156K miles on it. I recently took my vehicle in to have the transmission rebuilt( had rough shift in 1st and 2nd) but mainly wanted to just give the truck some good years. After 3 weeks and nothing but problems, I now have a misfire/skip/erratic rpms and bogging down on acceleration. I was informed by the transmission shop that when they attempted to reinstall the tranny the 1st time, the torque converter and seals blew, and they had to pull it out and replace them. After that was done, the truck developed a miss or skip. Sitting at idle, the RPMs are erratic, jumping up and down, but never goes above 1k rpms. When driving the vehicle, as i approach 2k RPMs, the truck seems like is is being starved of fuel or something, as if it doesnt have the power to shift. If i floor the gas, it will shift, but also has a very rough ride. I have looked for air leaks, broken hoses, replaced the MAP, TPS, Oil sending unit, spark plugs, and had an oil change. My oil pressure is around 65 cold, will drop to roughly 45 once warm, but drops to 15 after driving or just revving the engine.

I got a LIVE DATA scanner but not sure how to interpret the data. My LTFT is in the + and my STFT is in the -. After some research, I believe that I am running lean, too much fuel. I had zero issues with the motor before I took it to the tranny shop. It purrr'd so nice, no noise, and now this! PLEASE HELP!

Thank you for your time

Too much fuel is rich.

I would have a look at the crank position sensor. They are frequently victims of trans removal.
