Throttle revving still a problem
Removed and cleaned throttle body. Helped for a couple days and now back to revving to about 2000 RPM's on start up and then settles down. Replaced TPS--no improvement.
No warning lights at all.
There is a hose just above the TPS that is connected to the throttle body that is in poor shape and could be leaking. Haynes Repair manual, Chapter 6, page 6-9 top right corner, pic# 4.3 shows the hose. The hose goes over and hooks to 'something' below the fuse/relay box. I think I should replace that hose to improve the connection to the Throttle body as it is split and has been taped with black electrical tape.
What is the part number of that hose if possible and what does it connect to. How critical is a tight connection at the throttle body?
Once again thanks to all,

The hose is not just a 'standard' size (one end to the other). The hose has a larger 'molded' end on the end that connects to the Throttle body. Goes from about 1/4" hose up to a 'molded' 3/8'.
Special sized from the factory. I want a factory hose.
In order to find what the other end goes to I would need to remove the fuse/relay box and battery and tray. I don't mind doing that I would just like to have a replacement hose ready to install.
