Update... lost oil pressure at higher rpms, assumption is filter is clogging up, planning on doing oil change ASAP & cutting open the filter for a look-see... Also have a new pressure sensor in hand that will go in at the same time.
Observations... approx 250 miles into this OC, noted that the lifters are taking longer to pump up on last few cold starts.

Probably not the filter. Unless you bought a real crappy and cheap filter, it would go into bypass mode and the let oil flow unfiltered, rather than stop the flow. Your sump pickup might be clogging, or oil pump issues. Unscrew the sender (which sits above filter) and hook up an oil pressure gauge. Get a true reading. Also why run 10W30? The engine is not designed for such thick oil... takes longer to reach the upper end on cold starts.

it is a cheap filter, orielies special. it has 5w-30 in it. Will see about an oil pressure gauge today for when I get to it.

Not quite sure. It would probably be easier if you just removed it. It sits above the oil line so you won't lose much, just loosen and drain what's in it for a min.
Looking at the diagram, it seems there is also a port to the right of the sensor where you can hook up the gauge. Looks like you'll need an allen wrench to pull. Try that before the sensor.

Oil pressure gauge in hand, picked one up from Harbor freight along with a dead blow hammer in case it doesnt want to fit.
Going to see about using the extra port to tap into 1st so that I can measure w/o removing anything. If that goes well then sweet, it will tell me before numbers for as it sits now. Once I have the current readings, oil pressure sensor gets swapped, and then oil & filter get dumped, then re-measure pressure. Oil color on the dipstick is changing its tint... getting darker. It only has something like 300 miles on it
If oil pressure is low, then I'm thinking I'm going to dump in enough ATF to cover the pickup screen and let it sit for a few days.

When I first got this Dak I found as expected some buildup on the baffle in the oil fill tube. Decided to put the ATF to the test to see if it would knock anything off just by soaking the baffle in it. Since a pic tells the tale... here they are.
I would use kerosene for the oil pan soak. Don’t start it though! Not if you’re putting a lot.
80 psi @ cold start & the 1100 rpms for the first idle (?), book says I need to warm it up till the t-stat opens, not sure I'd wait that long, maybe 180~190* unless its well on its way.
held 75 psi for a bit while ct's climbed up to 95~98*, then the engine started sputtering like it was going to die.
Any idea if that is the ECU protecting the motor cause there is no oil pressure signal?

24~25 psi @ 197* engine temps... ...and my CT sensor is bad. Saw it open up & read -47* for a brief period.
Okay, so now you know the pressure drop is real. I guess you removed the OP sensor and didn’t hook up at that side port?
Just being real here. I hope it’s a clog. Aside from a clogged pickup screen or a bad pickup tube seal (bad O-ring), you may be looking at a failing oil pump or worn main bearings. Those would be results of a former owner’s ****ty maintenance. I’m guessing a cylinder compression test might reflect more issues.
