Rough Idle

The power steering one is probably not but the other three are O2 codes. Have you replaced your O2 sensors? You have either a bad downstream o2 or a broken wire/connector/ground. O2 sensors slow down as they age. Because you have the slow response code as well as the no circuit code I'm willing to bet it is just dead. This could also help with it running rough in case it still is.
Also to answer your power steering pump noise question. Power steering pumps usually whine or groan when you actively are turning. If its making noise when your just sitting still it might have issues but I wouldn't be too concerned. Usually what happens is the shaft wallows out the bearing causing play. If you take the belt off and pull and wiggle the pulley does it move? It should be pretty firm. It might have a little forward and back movement. (A couple millimeters or so at most.) There should be no horizontal or vertical movement.

Now I found the big line coming off the vacuum reservoir or canister has evidently been against exhaust pipe and is melted. Have not been able to find where it is supposed to hook to. Just have a melted end hanging near the exhaust pipe. Have found some vacuum diagrams on internet but not able to tell where it goes. I'm thinking this may have something to do with my idle issues as well. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks

There’s a smaller line coming off the canister that goes to the purge valve but the line that I’m referring to is the bigger one. It’s probably about 1/2” outside diameter. Not sure on that right now because I’m not by the pickup but it is definitely the biggest line that comes off the canister.
