Default Theft P0513

Ok so here is my situation,

I have a 2003 SLT w/4.7 engine and auto trans,

The other week some idiot tried to steal my truck, popped off the column cowl and destroyed the SKIM antenna and ignition tumbler (which I replaced), I tried to start no crank, no start, just get the flashing Security message on the EVIC.
Did the 3 key trick and got p0513 code.

Tried to get a junkyard SKIM module where I transfer my eeprom data from the old one (chip board is still good just antenna is messed up), still the same issue no crank, no start same code. Used Pistonshack from youtube for this process.

Looking for the best solution and cheapest if possible.

Thanks

I've never looked at the SKIM module to see how it's made.

However, the times i've used an unchipped key, it would at least start and run for 3 seconds before SKIM shutdown.

If it's not even cranking, I would look at the electrical ignition switch further down the column. The SKIM doesn't interfere with the starter wire to my knowledge.

I ll take a look at that but from a quick look the wiring looked to be intact. I ll have to get a dvom and check properly.
But what I am thinking is this idiot tried to start it and it died after 3 seconds then locked him out cause he didn't have the proper key.
