Update for those that were offering questions and answers and those following. I believe i may have found the issue. The driver side torsion bar key was shifted almost an inch and a half towards the right and the bar was bottomed against the frame pass through. A little wrench and hammer work shifted it back into place and corrected the camber issue. Now to see if it will line up and track right. I will update after the alignment shop again this week
