About a month ago, my 2002 Dakota Quad-cab, 4.7L 2WD lost all feedback in the steering. I use this as my "running to the store" truck, so I've just ignored it.
Drives just fine, but the steering is VERY light---has no feedback or centering or feel of any kind----you can steer it literally with 1 finger.
What gives?? Pump failure in high pressure mode??

 

That is a strange one..... Might try flushing the system, and see if anything changes.....
