I have a 1998 Dak 4x4 auto trans with overdrive. I need help to identify my trans so I can adjust the bands. Also any tips on adjust ing the bands would be a big help.

there should be a sticker on the inside of your glove box that tells you what tranny you have as well as other usual info. For instance on my 97 4x4 with auto conencted to a v6, i have a 42RE. You may have that or a 44re or 46re
