Default 3 problems no clue please help!

I have a 2001 dakota sport... I recently posted on here about my steering clicking or popping when you slighty turn the wheel... well that stopped for a few days, but it started again today... I called the dealer and they said it sounded like the connection to the racket pinion.. Any one have any ideas? or know the name of the connection he was talking about?

Also the truck idles rough until it heats up, and in reverse sounds like it might stall out. The check engine light came one Im wondering if it has something to do with this..

And finally the dirver side blinker is blinking super fast when you turn it on to make a left hand turn..... I hydro planed a few weeks ago and hit a guard rail, the plastic casing broke.. I ordered a new one... Do you think its doing that cause its wet?? Please let me know I really need the help Thanks

Hello

I just went to autozone and had them read the code.. the blinker problem turned out to be a blown bulb which i replaced so thats good now... the clicking in the steering sounds to me as though its coming from inside the dash not the engine bay.... so any ideas on that??? and the engine light the code reader said multi cyclinder misfire and 5th cylinder misfire.. could this be the spark plugs??? please let me know

a turn indicator being out on that side could make it blink really fast....my old ranger did that...

do a tune up first, see if that helps the misfire. Check your plugs when you pull them for any oil or unusual colors on them. They shouldn't anything more then off-white.
