Well i got everything loose ,key bolt ,sway bar ,etc not my problem is i csn not get the torsion bar itself come out of the lower control arm ? And cant lower the control arm anymore as torsion bar will not allow it .letting it sit overnight with PB blaster and will try heating the control arm with a torch in the morning .

I take it the torsion bar is still being bent even with the key removed and the weight lifted off? Someone really wanted to over lift it. XD You can remove the bolts out of the upper ball joint to get more room. Just make sure you have a floor jack under the lower arm when you pull the bolts on the upper ball joint. Also get some new bolts incase they get jammed up. If the torsion bar is not being twisted just give it a few love taps with a hammer on the end. Its just rusted in place.

I had this issue on passenger side of my 03' when doing LCA bushings. I just removed/reinstalled LCA/bar as a unit still fused together. Even once I had it out of the truck trying to separate them with a sledge after sitting all night in PB, they wouldn't budge. Figured I was just going to end up breaking something if I kept at it. It's not easy, but it came out fused together, so it could go back in that way too, and it does.
