OEM sensors discontinued
After looking around online for a while, It seems that the OEM crankshaft position sensors for manual 5.2l Dakotas, Rams, etc. have been discontinued and are no longer stocked at the dealerships in my area. I know aftermarket sensors are considered junk for these vehicles but it seems that is all I have to choose from now. Which brand would you all say sucks the least out of them? RockAuto is showing SMP, NTK, Walker, and Holstein? brand sensors in their catalogue. I'm leaning towards NTK, but I dunno

Get the part number, and do a google search on that. You can sometimes find OEM parts on Amazon, of all places.....
I have used SMP in the past, with good results, but, not for sensors of this nature..... NTK has a pretty good rep.... but again, no personal experience with their crank sensors.....

Yeah, that's the part number I came up with.. My local dealer said it was discontinued in 2021 and that he didn't show any available inventory across his nationwide dealer network. I've searched Amazon and Ebay and visited most the sites that specialize in Mopar parts and they all show it as out of stock discontinued.
EDIT: The ebay link you posted leads to the sensor for an automatic transmission. Those sensors seem to be plentiful but unfortunately they contact the flywheel when installed on a manual. I tried spacing out an auto sensor I had in my junk drawer and it got chewed up pretty quickly. The truck started and ran though it made a hell of a racket.
