03 4.7L dakota, I installed aftermarket projector headlights from spec d tuning, all brand new bulbs front and back, halos wired, all connections look to be fine. The turn signals work perfectly fine when light switch is turn off, but if i turn on park or full driving lights the turn signals hyper flash when used.
