Default 98 Dakota 3.9l V6 crank no start after crank sensor and battery replaced

Hello guys, well I have a 1998 Dodge Dakota Sport Club Cab 3.9L V6. I replaced the transmission myself and damaged the crank sensor in the process. I replaced crank sensor with one I had found on Amazon and the truck started but ran like crap afterwards so I sent it back and ordered a Mopar Crank Sensor. After I installed the new Mopar sensor I replaced the battery bc the old one was way too small for the truck and had to continually be hooked to charger. Anyways since replacing the battery and crank sensor my truck will crank but will not start, gauges are not working and odometer is flashing. I'm not getting spark or fuel pressure now either. When I turn key over I do not hear the fuel pump priming unless I pull the relay and jump it. Help me please how would I know if it jumped timing or is the PCM

I doubt it jumped timing.

It sounds more like the CCD bus, that the PCM uses to communicate, isn't working. Check the crank sensor and look for shorted wiring.

Less likely, how's the battery voltage? Dakota's don't like a weak battery.

Agreed, sounds like the CCD bus is down or the 5v line of the PCM is faulted
